Just a quick note to thank you for putting an incredible team together. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome at Defy. EVERYONE is so friendly and helpful.  I had been stuck at my weight for over a year—needed to drop 20. As a matter of fact, my InBody on my first visit in Sept was taken almost one year to the day of my last one—the results were EXACTLY the same. Same muscle mass, same weight, same everything. Everyone thought it incredible how they were the same. This is while on pellets, working out with a trainer 2x per week and walking on my off days.

Mara put me on a personalized program where I’ve dropped 12 lbs and gained more muscle since Oct 1 (that includes the holidays)!  I still have pounds and inches to lose but her caring and personalized program were a godsend and I’m confident I’ll soon hit my goal.

It’s been so  important for me to see the same provider consistently at each visit. I’m thankful for Defy.

I went to Defy for my initial consultation not knowing what to expect. Mara walked me through my initial bloodwork and there were many indicators as to why I wasn’t feeling my best. I came in to get a scar treated with IPL therapy. It was such a great experience for my first session. Leanne is amazing and is such a great clinician. She is professional and attentive to my needs.
