Amy Marckese, DDS, is the founder of Defy, realizing a personal dream that resulted from her personal wellness journey. Dr. Amy Marckese is also the owner of Dental Spa, a leading cosmetic dentistry ideally located on the north side of Indianapolis.

Dr. Marckese went through a total body transformation over the past two years via hormone balancing, peptide use, and exercise, which has resulted in a deep passion for sharing this with others so they can look and feel as great as she does. She is asked by people everywhere she goes what she has done and what she felt that made her decide to make a change. She has decided to take her story to another level by combining the knowledge of what she has learned as a business owner over the past 20 years with what she has learned and felt as a woman in her late 40’s who feels twenty years younger than she did 2 years ago!
